I have now gotten my hands on Bettingprofitsformula by Josh Jacobs and have had time to go through the 194 pages with systems. This is one of the ebooks that is longer than the normal 35 page reports (where 10-15 pages are basic Betfair introduction.
The marketing has been very aggresive and the recommendations have come from the usual biased affiliates who will recommend anything for a buck or two.
What is included in bettingprofitsformula?
This is not a collection of brand new “secret systems”. Most of the information can be found freely on the internet or different forums. I think that the information (if you look away from the sales pitch) is mostly geared toward novices. If you have bought a lot of systems in the past and read a lot about horse racing systems their will be almost nothing new in it for you.
Josh Jacobs covers a lot of different things and systems from finding value in horse racing and soccer, to staking plans and betfair basics. There is also something about trading on tennis and cricket in the manual.
My oppinion of Bettingprofitformula – Review of Bettingprofitformula
It’s impossible to test the system since it’s a compilation of lots of different systems. The problem with the manual is that there are absolutely no data (results / loss) to back up the systems, you just have to believe that they work which I doubt all of them will. I think that most people will find 1 or 2 systems that they don’t know and will be able to get some inspiration and try them out. I can’t say which systems work or not but I can say that I will be looking a litlle bit into some of the systems if I run out of time with my other systems one day
At the price of $210 I think it’s too expensive. If it were around $30-40 I would probably give it a small recommendation for novices or systems lovers who just can’t get enough systems. I have a neutral oppinion on this one. If you are a novice and want to try some systems and maybe build your own systems around these basics then it is probably a good enough buy. I put it in Neutral folder since Iøm not sure you can make a profit with it, but I also don’t think it is crap.
If anyone else has tried any of the systems in Bettingfprofitsformula then please share your view by posting in our comments field
I used the football value finder from this and made approx £500 profit in about 6 weeks. This was using stakes from around £5 on correct scores, up to around £20 on match odds. Went a bit behind but i stuck with it and it pulled out some good wins like portsmouth winning 1-0 at old trafford, and some other good value away win football bets. I only stopped as it was the end of the season and i will use it again next season for sure.
Hi Carl,
Sounds very good
Keep us updated with the results and other systems from the compilation if you try them.
Thanks for your input
As somebody that is good at stats I can confirm the football value finder is completely flawed and should not be used. It does not accurately highlight the odds as the author implies.
You are probably better using something like Soccer Mystic that works pretty well IMHO. Most of the rest of this manual is a re-hash of other stuff and full of fluff to pad it out.
